Returns
None of our kits, nor food or water, or time-dated items, or items of first aid and hygiene, or PPE's (including masks, hand sanitizer, wipes, filters, face shields and thermometers), will be accepted for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns must be made within 90 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt. There will be a 20% restocking fee imposed.
All defective products will be exchanged following the manufacturer's warranty. All other returns will be made for store credit only. No cash refunds.
